How To Get To Valparaiso

Valparaiso is an excellent place in Chile, which is 115 km away from Santiago. Unfortunately, this beautiful city doesn’t own an airport. But that doesn’t mean that it will be very tough to go there, no, this city is just 2 hours away from Arturo MerinoBenitez International Airport. You can take a bus ride from which leaves every 30 minutes.

You can even rent a car if you want to see the roads and enjoy some private moments. Or if you get along with strangers so soon you can hitchhike. Chile’s people are amiable and engaging, and you can get some tips and tricks from them on how to survive on Chile roads (wink).

La Sebastian is the house of a famous Chilean writer-poet Pablo Neruda. This house museum is a great visit located on the hills of Cerro Bellavista. From the terrace of that house, you can get a beautiful view of the City too.

Well, everything has its opposite side; Valparaiso is not left out from that trait too. On the one side where the Valparaiso is colorful, vivid, and creative, whereas the Viña del Mar is a bit of monochromatic on its side. Located only 8 km away from the Valparaiso, this city is another eye candy for sure.
